PACKAGING TEAM LEAD
The Packaging Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of our packaging line, ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards. This role requires a technically knowledgeable and hands-on manager who can troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brewery operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the packaging line operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow.
Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the packaging line, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the packaging line.
Train and mentor packaging line staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records of packaging line performance, maintenance activities, and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including health and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the brewing or beverage industry.
Strong technical knowledge of packaging line equipment and operations.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including HACCP and safety protocols.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools
